If one of our products / services fail to function properly due to a bug or misconfiguration and we cannot resolve the issue, we will be happy to provide a full refund. However, we are confident in our products and services and shall assist you in resolving the problems first.

Issued refunds will be debited back to your account using original payment method that was used to purchase our products and / or services.
